Mathematics-Y - Coordinate

It is the value in the vertical plane. Always written it in an ordered pair ( x, y ).

Where x is called x -coordinate and y is called  y - coordinate.

It is also called Ordinate.

It is calculated using graph method, how far it is located from the x - axis, ie horizontal line, in up or down direction.

Another way how far it is located from origin along the y - axis. [ don't confuse ]

In the ordered pair ( 10, 7 ) , 10 is called x - coordinate of system and 7 is called y - coordinate of a system.

Both x - coordinate & y - coordinate included in the cartesian coordinate system.
